Wie geht das denn??????
Tja Hermes hat für alles eine Lösung... mein Nachbar wollte mein Päckchen nicht annehmen (ist ja auch ok), aber das ist mit Hermes gleichbedeutend für Annahme verweigert, zurück an Absender!!!!!! Ärsche!!!
Direkt ne gepfefferte Mail an Amazon geschrieben und jetzt der Dinge harren, that there are ....

PS: Dear craftsmen, we have an appointment for today, I'm on my feet since 8:00 clock, on my first day off since 2 weeks, and you do not come!! I'm in the living room 19.8 degrees!!
